In response to the developing situation of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we have closely monitored the situation with the University and the CSU along with state and federal officials. Under the current direction and instruction from both campus administration at Cal Poly Pomona and the CSU, there are several changes that have been made to the way we will conduct our application, election and interview process. Please review the modified application timeline below.
CPP ASCE EXECUTIVE BOARD ELECTIONS
Voting for CPP ASCE Executive Board Elections 2020-2021 is now open! The candidates you vote for will be responsible for carrying out events, programs and activities for next year’s student chapter.
Voting Requirements: Registered and Paid CPP ASCE Member for the 2019-2020 Academic Year
Voting Period: 7 AM on Thursday, March 26 through 11:59 PM on Friday, March 27
ELECTED POSITIONS UPDATE
For Elected postitions, please make sure to submit the following by 11:59 pm on Wednesday, March 25, 2020:
Complete Officer Application (Application Form, Questionnaire and Resume)
Personal Statement and Headshot - New Requirement
Elections will take place online using candidate personal statements of 200 words or less

Nominations will take place at ASCE’s 11th General Meeting on Thursday, March 12 during U-Hour in 15-1807 OR can submitted via email with a completed application by March 25, 2020

CPP ASCE Student Chapter is looking for next year's elected and appointed officer board for the 2020- 2021 school year! Becoming an officer is a great way to grow personally and professionally, expand your knowledge of ASCE, and create relationships that will last a lifetime. Below are the positions currently open for our Student Chapter.

Completed applications with questionnaires and resumes are due in PDF format and are to be submitted via email to the CPP ASCE President, Matthew Jacobson at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please title your application and email subject line “ASCE Officer Application - FirstName LastName”.
Unofficial Transcripts are due in PDF format and are to be submitted via email to the Faculty Advisor, Dr. Seema C. Shah-Fairbank at email@example.com by the corresponding date listed below. Please title your transcript and email subject line “ASCE Unofficial Transcript - FirstName LastName”.
Please make sure to submit the Officer Application, questionnaire, resume and unofficial transcript by the listed dates above. All important dates can be found in the attached application. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted and will disqualify candidates from running.
You must be an ASCE member to be eligible for any position on the board. If you are not currently a paid member and still want to apply please contact our Membership Chair, Andre Carrasco at firstname.lastname@example.org. All dues and forms must be submitted before the application deadline.
